I had a great experience with Hare's. The first time I turned on the heat sence last winter it was blowing cold air. It early sat morning and I left a voice mail. Troy called me back and I explained my delema. He informed me that he was out of town and wouldn't be back till Monday. He then said he could walk me through the fix. I had heat in in no time I insisted on him sending me a bill but he refused. He said he lives by the do one to others motto. I would defiantly recommend them to everyone
Hare’s Heating, Cooling, and Electrical quickly and professionally removed a +18 year/poorly installed heating and air conditioning system at my house. With no question these guys are the experts. Troy gave his honest and professional opion in the options he gave my family. The unit my house required was installed in a day by a group of professionals who understand craftsmanship. I would recommend Hare’s to anyone who has a question about their current system, or needs a replacement.

He pointed out things of interest about our unit. So I got a fixed unit and educated about the inner workings of it. I will recommend this company to everyone that ask me for heating or cooling advice.
As a retired military family we naively called "The Best Repair Company advertised in our area. Their tech charged us for parts that did not exist on our unit and wrote an estimate for $10,500.00. Our house was 92 degrees when the tech left stating our unit was not repairable. We called Hares Heating and Cooling , Troy came out and within 2 hours not only fixed our unit, he was honest enough to not sell us a new HVAC system. Honest, trustworthy,professional and the only company I will use in the future.
Troy and his team are absolute professionals that go the extra mile to meet their customers needs. On July 17th we brought our newborn home only to discover that our A/C unit had frozen over and our house easily 90 degrees inside. We called Troy and he was there within the hour to pump life back into our a/c unit. After getting the unit back online, Troy gave me an honest assessment of my heating and cooling system and we decided it was time to get it replaced as soon as possible. He and his team came back in full force the following Friday to completely replace my system. Within 4 hours our system was replaced and we could not be happier with his service, pricing, honesty, and above all, professionalism. Save yourself the time and look no further than Hares Heating and Cooling. You will not be disappointed.

Scheduling is a snap, and installations are quick and clean. Hare's is not the cheapest company around, but the knowledge, competence, and craftsmanship they bring to each job is worth every dollar I've paid for a wide range of services in my home. Many businesses toss around the word "integrity." Hare's commitment to integrity is obvious. I would have no problem tossing Troy and Tracy a key to the house, leaving, and asking them to lock up when they finish. Hare's is the only call to make--no second estimate necessary.
