Highly recommended. Jeff Thomas is very thorough and professional. He is the guy who comes and does the estimate and he is also the guy who does all the install. Much better than the local large companies.I had a complete system installed including all new ducts and returns in the attic.
Let me start by saying that it is so rewarding to find someone as knowledgeable, dependable and honest as the JT Mechanical Company. After estimates and talking to two other companies, I decided on JT Mechanical to replace my old HVAC system.Jeff Thomas, the owner, went into an extensive amount of detail explaining the system’s workings, my options, and the various benefits. Answering all my questions. I decided on replacing my old system with a Carrier Infinity System.The installation crew, headed by Jeff’s son Mike, started and arrived on time. They were respectful of my home, covering my floors with tarps, wearing shoe booties, vacuuming, cleaning up and removing all debris.From start to finish, this job was a pleasant experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new system. My thanks to Jeff and his employees for great work and a good job.

On July 1, 2014 My AC Unit went out in 100 degree weather. The unit itself would come on but nothing would blow of the vents. I called Tommy Tillery he said he would be here with in the hour. Tommy came on time as he said, checked the unit out found the and found the problem. When Tommy was finished my home felt like a blizzard. My 21 year old Carrier AC finally gave up after all these years of service to me. I found JT Mechanical Co. on the internet and decided to give them a call. Jeff came out and we discussed what my needs are and he advised me what would be best for my home. I completely trusted Jeffs recommendation based on his knowledge and honesty and decided to follow his advice. One week later the crew arrived, Mike, David and Chris. These men are REMARKABLE, PROFESSIONAL EFFICIENT and kind. It took 2 days to install my new air conditioner, furnace and water heater as well as one new vent under the house and one new vent in the attic. Everything was insulated and installed perfectly and all this done with no mess at all in my home. My new Carrier system is wonderful and so is the water heater. JT Mechanical is my HVAC company FOREVER. Thank you!!!!
These guys are very professional. Called them and worked with my schedule came right out to check out my system. They took care of the problem and educated me to be able to get most out of my system. I highly recommend them. Very reasonable on price.
Neil and Ryan came to my home to find out why my AC was not cooling. They were polite, professional and VERY efficient at what they do. The problem was identified and repaired quickly. after the repair they checked the rest of the system to ensure there were no other "chain reaction problems" I could not be happier with their work and price . JT Mechanical phoned me to advise that their technicians were enroute. Neil and Ryan arrived promptly as scheduled. They got to work quickly. Neil and Ryan were thorough, proficient, respectful, and articulate. Service was great and I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. In fact, the way that these two conducted themselves was a driving factor in my decision to engage JT Mechanical as my recurring HVAC service provider.
I was a little apprehensive about going with JT Mechanical because I had never used them before and I was relieved to have a good experience with their technician Neil Lyon. Neil was professional during the initial greeting, he was courteous by wearing shoe covers at all times when walking inside, and was respectful and patient with all of my many questions. The prices were very reasonable, no complaints at all. Overall great service.
