Each is served from bidbro.com inside a frame, reads nothing from the host page, sets no cookie on the host’s domain, and updates itself when the underlying release does.

The terms every tool here is built under

Deterministic. A tool shows published figures; it does not generate text, estimate a price, or infer a rule. It cannot hallucinate a permit requirement, and a figure it shows can be checked against the release it came from.
Worth installing on its own. A tool is built only if it is useful to a host’s readers when its attribution passes no search-ranking credit — which is the case: the visible “Powered by BidBro” and methodology links inside every frame are marked rel="sponsored nofollow".
Nothing is conditioned on a link. No host is asked to link to BidBro, and no feature is withheld from one that does not. An editor who wants to cite the underlying release on their own page chooses their own words and their own rel.
No hidden anything. One frame, the visible links inside it, and nothing else — no injected anchor, no script that reads the host page, no sitewide placement.
Measured on BidBro’s side only. A frame counts its own loads and the clicks on its own links under BidBro’s analytics property. A copied snippet is not counted as an install; an install is a real load on a page that is not bidbro.com.
