We had a wonderful plumber to come service our home. He was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable! Terry was the best, and we have used other companies in the past. We will use A-1 again thanks to Terry!!
I called A-1 Sewer & Drain because my toilet was bubbling, when I tried to flush my toilet it was coming up through my shower drain. The came out and told me I had a main line clog. Plumber wore botties in my home cleared my drains and my bill was under 200.00 thanks A-1
A WONDERFUL experience, from customer service to explaining the issue, to making suggestions. I was very pleased with the service provided to me yesterday by Jeremy and Matt! A-1 gets an A-PLUS!!!! What a difference a day makes, the day before A-1, my landlord called a butt crack plumber who was, unknowledgeable, racist and very rude. STEER CLEAR OF ROBBIE ROBERSON OF DOLPHIN PLUMBING & DRAIN CLEANING; he is NOT Licensed! Thanks A-1! You guys were great!

Unless like this customer had no Access to sewer line so we had to probe to locate line dig down 3 FEET very hard dirt!!!!! Installed a new clean out on sewer main then ran machine several times To clear sewer main. Summary customer quoted price and charged correctly. God Bless You Jimmy
Call A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Heating For Service On Our Water Heater. They Responded In One Hour Replaced Our Water Heater At A Very Fair Price. Wore Shoe Covering On Their Feet And Covered Up Their Work Area's With Plastic. Treated Our Home With Respect, We Highly Recommend This Company They Were Awesome.
FANTASTIC.....Plumber John is AMAZING!!! Wednesday morning we called A1..never used them before, but according to Yellow pages in the phone book, we gave them a try. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and knowledgable. She told us someone would come out between 12-4. Plumber John arrived before 1. We thought he was just coming to give an estimate. He did give an estimate....and also did the work of replacing old pipes in our bathroom. He was so good, courteous, efficient...the job was done before 4. Totally recommend A1. They are upfront with costs, and how long it will take. I would recommend A1 to anyone who likes good fees, honesty, and a respectful hard working team. Thank you Plumber John. You made what I thought would be a horrible day turn out great.
