It took two visits for them to replace a part in my furnace and week before they completed the job. It cost more than 300 dollars to replace a small part. The first visit they did nothing but confirm a diagnosis I already knew, and told me they would have to order the part. I was charged 130 dollars for them to just show up and tell me I was right, basically. I do not recommend business with this company.
We bought an entire Carrier Heat Pump System for our 1500 sq. ft. home 8 years ago with extended warranty. This was a replacement system for a very old unit. They had the best price in town after 4 total bids. The installers were fantastic, knowledgable, an all day job. I even bought them lunch ! Eight years later, a problem (12/11) and the technicians arrived on time, with notification, and scoped the problem which required in depth analysis of the complex system. Within two days, they knew the problem, immediately aquired the parts, and worked diligently, even in rain, to assure the system operated properly. The technicians spent extra time and effort, and would not walk away until they felt that the system worked properly. Curteous, VERY knowledable, and hard workers. I will reccomend Betty's Technicians to anyone ! Thanks to the entire team, office and support staff !
