Our water heater decided to break over the weekend. Monday Phil and I think Dan came and did a really nice job of putting in a new water heater for us. The city came today and inspected it all is well. We have HOT water again!

Outstanding Service and Repair! Bryan the A-1 American Service Representative quickly determined the cause of my problem and repaired the drain/plimbing as needed. I have a two story home and water was leaking through the ceiling into my den on the first floor. Bryan came out on a Saturday on an emergency call and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend this company and Bryan for any service and repair. Thank you! Pete M in Yorktown

We had a new garbage disposal put in by Brian. He arrived on time and did the work very efficiently, all the while explaining what he was doing and offering us some useful tips! Service was fast, and thorough.
Tech Doug Jackson was very professional and arrived on time. Went over everything that was involved with our service call. Very helpful and would recommend to everyone we know....

Technicians Larry and John worked hard to repair our outdoor leaking faucet but had to return to replaced with a new faucet. We appreciated them trying to repair the old one first!!
