These reviews were imported into BidBro from historical records. BidBro did not collect them, and does not have a record of who wrote them or when.
BidBro’s permit records hold at least 20 building permits for SMI, filed between April 2018 and June 2024, in Virginia Beach, VA (17), Chesapeake, VA (2). That is the most our source keeps for one contractor — it holds roughly the 20 most recent — so SMI’s full permit history is likely longer. The work they were pulled for, where the description names it: HVAC installation (new system or ductwork) (4 permits).
The 16 most recent with a distinct description, as filed with the issuing jurisdictions.
