Do not call them!! I called the office number and no one answered the phone, I left message after message. Finally the owner called me back and I could not carry on a conversation with him as he was too busy tending to the daycare of children he had. He told me they would be out by the end of the week to fix my sink drain and no one ever called me. The following week one of his employees called to say he would be out that afternoon and he was there when he said he would be. He was fantastic!! He was able to fix the problem and explain how to avoid it in the future. The technician that was sent showed professional customer service and outstand preformance. Too bad he dosent run the company, maybe he should teach the boss man a thing or two. I will never use them again and make sure to tell everyone I know they dont know how to run a business!

My family has been using A B Parker & Son for the past 40 or so years. They installed the heating system and the plumbing in my parents' house, and have been there for them over the years. When I moved out and into my own home, I continued to use their services. A B Parker & Son is a small, locally owned business. Unlike the chain businesses, you get to know them personally and you form a bond with them. But they are still very professional, extremely competent, and resonably priced. This past New Year's Day, I was out of town and a friend called me to tell me that my 90 year old father had no heat. I called Mr. Parker and asked if he could call my father to find out what was going on. My father had heat by the end of the day. A B Parker & Son is the absolute best!!
