Rooter-Man

I received a frantic call from my daughter, telling me that the cold water faucet handle came off at our kitchen sink and water was spraying out. Fortunately, I was able to walk her through turning off the main water supply. Once I got home, I had to decide on a plumber. I looked in the phone book and found Rooter Man. The ad was full of important information and gave me the confidence that they would show up fast and do the job right. Bobby showed up, identified the problem, traveled to Charlottesville to pick up the part needed to fix the problem and repaired the faucet. He even showed me how he did it and told me the part to buy so I could make the same repair to the hot water faucet handle...something he could have charged me to do! Now, THAT'S customer service!!!

I called Rooter-Man when a leak sprang under my kitchen sink. The tech arrived quickly and was professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my isse. He was able to fix the leak quickly. The work looked good and I have not had anymore issues at all.

I had an issue when a noticed my yard was wet and it hadn't rained in days. It turns out my septic tank needed pumped. Rooterman came out and had my tank dug up and pumped by late morning. They filled everything back in and did a great job to preserve my landscaping. Their response time and courteousness went a long way with me.
