Installation of a 27 kW photovoltaic (PV) solar storage system for a residential property. No solar PV generation system or solar water heating system is included in this scope. All supply-side electrical connections, including main breaker replacements and/or panel upgrades, must be completed and will require a separate inspection. Installation of carbon monoxide and smoke alarms is mandatory, in accordance with CRC Sections R315 and R314. Water-conserving fixtures must be installed throughout the residence as required by Senate Bill 407, except for residences constructed before January 1, 1994, which are exempt. All work is subject to field inspection to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
