6-11-07 contacted this compapny about sliding glass door cracking. My contract clearly states: "10 yr labor and 10 year glass breakage warranty" written by the salesman. Now the company is saying that they won't replace my glass sliding door even though the cracking is not due to any entry of any kind of object to cause the cracking.
