GREAT SERVICE AND SALES AND FOLLOW UP TO WARRANTY. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT JOB ON THE SIDING.
Great warranty, great product, fair price. They did the job fast and well and charged what they said they would. VSI been great about honoring warranty work and coming out to fix little slips, etc. But...14000 nails left behind and lots of clean up for you to do on your own... big pain in the rear. Workers nice enough, but some weren't the most professional, make sure they keep their temper tantrums and problems at the office and not on client site. Good Luck!
thanks ED, and VSI for providing me with a professional contractor experience. My new windows and trim turned out better than ever expected. Looking forward to our next project. Reasonable rates, big time results.
VSI came recommended via three highly regarded separate sources. They did an outstanding job and I would definitely hire them again. This was a big job and they were timely, keep my place cleaned up throughout the process, and their workers were respectful and courteous. Thanks a lot to Ed and his crew!

BidBro’s permit records hold at least 20 building permits for Vsi Inc, filed between June 2004 and March 2020, in Virginia Beach, VA (20). That is the most our source keeps for one contractor — it holds roughly the 20 most recent — so Vsi Inc’s full permit history is likely longer. The work they were pulled for, where the description names it: siding replacement (17 permits).
The 7 most recent with a distinct description, as filed with the issuing jurisdictions.

Before you compare quotes: these are the job values declared on Virginia Beach building permits for the work this business lists — city-wide figures across many contractors, not this business’s prices. The middle half of permits fell inside the range shown.
A declared permit value covers the permitted construction work and is often lower than the final invoice. These are the permits linked to contractors in BidBro’s directory, as collected from public permit records by a third-party aggregator that keeps roughly the 20 most recent per contractor — not every permit the city issued.
