I gutted my entire kitcken and had them come out and give me ideas to go with what I wanted. They came out, measured, discussed several options and we later discussed several pricing options. Cabinets came in as planned and my contractor installed them. Had no problem and would use them again. My kitchen was completed about two years ago.
Purchased a 60" bathroom vanity. Brought the unit home and opened the box to inspect the cabinet. Found multiple rough edges on all four doors, center panel and left side of cabinet. Paneling Factory told me to rub a piece of cardboard on the rough surfaces to see if roughness goes away. After spending $700 on the cabinet, I don't think I should have to do anything. This is the companies responsibility and I am not happy.
