Ron's was over all a pleasure. I had lost my ac on a wed afternoon at 3, called in the call and talked to the owners wife. A very nice lady. She ensured to me that I would be taken care of within an hr or two. There was a truck at my doorstep appx. 45 mins after the call. The tech diagnosed the error and had the part on his truck to fix it. He was gone in 25 mins. My bill was very cheap and I was very happy!
They were great. The Technician came out reviewed the situation. The repair was done fast and he even checked out the whole plumbing system and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use their services in the future.
With temperatures plummeting and no heat coming from my parents gas furnace I checked superpages for a local heating company. I called early in the morning and within an hour a tech was on his way. An hour after that the heat was up and running. The service was not only fast but affordable too. The lady on the phone and the technician were both friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will certainly be calling them for any future repairs.
I called Ron's Plumbing to unclog an upstairs bathroom vent. The technician came and tested all of the drains and found them to be clear. He said, "I am going to dig up the line anyway." The tech dug up two flowerbeds before he found the clean out. He broke off a piece of an azalea, threw mud up on the siding and unhooked my garden hose, which was on a cart, from the spigot and removed the nozzle. He left the area in disarray. Finally, he decided that the upstairs bathroom vent was indeed clogged. I called Mr Byne about the mess and he was totally rude, yelling and interrupting me before I got two sentences out. He kept saying, "What do you want me to do about it?" I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
