Gutters & Downspouts in Yorktown, VA
Welcome to Performance Guttering. We service the entire Peninsula region and also South Hampton Roads in Virginia. Gutters perform the very important job of managing the water around your home or business. Without a proper gutter system to redirect water away from your foundation, seasonal rains can cause expensive water damage to your landscape, exterior home & business features, and foundation. However, in order for gutters to function properly, they need to be kept clean. It is highly recommended that you have your gutters cleaned twice per year?late spring (May-June) and fall (November-December). Homes that are located in heavily wooded areas may require an additional early fall gutter clean (October-Early November). Gutters come in many color shades to enhance your home or business. Performance Guttering is available for new construction, gutter repairs and installs. The right gutter system will bring value to your home or business while protecting it. I had a gutter system installed and was given a "lifetime guarantee" against blockage( I bought the top product THE LEAF N ATER), if it did occur they said simply call and they would clear the problem. 3 weeks after the installation I had a blockage. I called 7 times! No one came out and my calls were not returned. They did schedule to fix the problem 3 times but never came out. Finally someone came, but after waiting for 31/2 weeks I had already given up on this company. I would never use them again and would steer family and friends away from them because the "lifetime guarantee" is not honored in the means it was presented in the sales pitch.
Great job, friendly people
Thank you for a great job
After a full year I am happy to say that the gutters are clean and flowing like the day they were installed. My wife decided on the Leaf Protection I was against it, as always she was right." Love you Honey" They did a great job and would use them again.
Hollywood made sure everything was completed on time and that we were happy before he left the job. House looks great and the gutters work fine.
