Windows-Repair, Replacement & Installation in Virginia Beach, VA
I am The Window Man. I have the vision and mission to legitimize the home improvement industry and to put an end to unethical salesmanship. All too often I run into situations where chicanery and bribery have been used to finagle a sale out of an ill-informed customer at prices well exceeding the value of the particular product or service sold. And all too often I hear stories of sly contractors taking a customer’s money for a promised project and running. This is down right despicable. Something needs to be done. As The Window Man, this is my mission. I vow to put an end to these unethical practices. I vow to serve and protect you and guide you to your right decision. I am here as a resource for you. I am here to offer you all the information you may need to make your decision because I value the fact it is your choice to say “yes” and no one other than you should have control over this choice. With strength and virtue, I am here to serve.

Before you compare quotes: these are the job values declared on Virginia Beach building permits for the work this business lists — city-wide figures across many contractors, not this business’s prices. The middle half of permits fell inside the range shown.
A declared permit value covers the permitted construction work and is often lower than the final invoice. These are the permits linked to contractors in BidBro’s directory, as collected from public permit records by a third-party aggregator that keeps roughly the 20 most recent per contractor — not every permit the city issued.
