Andrews Roofing Company, Inc

A few years ago(almost 10) we used Andrews roofing to replace our roof and during that time the railing broke on the porch, they fixed it right away and it was better than it was before. Then last year we went back to them to have a roof replaced on a rental property and they did an amazing job. Fast, accurate,great customer service, cleaned up after themselves and the price was right! I would refer them to any of my friends or neighbors for a job that can be expected to be well done! thankyou!!!

This is the follow-up to a negative review from the fall of 2010. After continuing to work with Andrews Roofing they completed all the necessary repairs to properly install the gutters and roofing. They stood behind their work and returned many times to make it right. Every concern I had was addressed. They admitted that some mistakes had been made but the President of the company assured me that they would return however many times it took to complete the job to my satisfaction and that they have learned from the experience and changed some of the ways they do business. We have used Andrews in the past and whenever any issue was brought up or warranty claim made; they fixed it, no questions asked.

I recently had an attic fan installed by Andrews Roofing. The guys were totally professional and fast, in addtion to being courteous. They even suggest and electrican to hook power up to my fan and he can on time as well. I'm looking to them for my roofing needs.

DO NOT USE ANDREW'S ROOFING UNLESS YOU WANT A LEAKY ROOF IN 6 MONTHS. I bought a house that had its roof put on brand new by Andrew's Roofing in January of this year. The day I closed, July 19th, there was a big rain storm. I came to my new home the next day excited only to find water spots (that weren't there during my closing inspection) from the roof in 2 rooms. I had the paper work with the warranty so I called. I was told I had to wait at least 4 weeks for them to come inspect it to see if it was indeed warranty work. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a leak in your roof during the rainy season. Their excuse for the wait? They had a lot of calls in for leaks under warranty (hmmmmmm). They eventually came out and "said they fixed" the issues where items weren't properly sealed on install (they installed it). Now remember they WILL NOT FIX ANY INTERNAL DAMAGE that is caused by their shoddy workmanship. Called a second time a month later because of a leak in another spot. Another 4 week wait because of SOOOOO many warranty calls. They told me that one is because my window seal is leaking and charged me $150.00 for nothing. Now here I am calling yet again (only owned the house about 2 months now) for the same 2 original spots they told me they fixed. I have water leaking into those rooms through the attic and the ceiling drywall is soft and dripping. Again at least a 4 week wait while my roof leaks anytime it rains because they have too many warranty calls. **PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.** They don't care about you, other than the money in your pocket that they want in theirs.
