My recent experience with RL Plumbing was horrible. Ron LeChance the owner of RL Plumbing was dishonest, lied and did work that was unnecessary and turned out to be in direct code violation from the Ky dept of plumbing. He had to come back under direct orders of the KY Dept of plumbing and put all plumbing back to original or risk getting his plumbing liscence pulled. He lied not only to me but the dept of plumbing and refused to reimburse only half of my money I requested. Please be aware of his dishonest practices especially if you are a single female home owner. He will prey you through scare tactics and intimidation. The dead giveaway for me is the blatant use of duct tape to hold in place a water line into an unvented internal sewer line.
