This project involves remodeling the primary bathroom to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The scope includes installing new lighting fixtures, updating tile surfaces, replacing bathroom fixtures, and installing a new vanity. The existing bathtub will be removed, and the toilet will be relocated to a new position within the bathroom. All other plumbing lines will remain unchanged. Electrical wiring will be adjusted and relocated as necessary to accommodate the new lighting and fixture placements, ensuring compliance with current codes and safety standards. The work must be performed with attention to detail, maintaining quality craftsmanship throughout the renovation process.
