Perform drywall and paint repairs resulting from water mitigation damage in units A, E, and the common hallway. Prior to mitigation, these areas were tested for lead-containing materials. Lead was detected only in the ceramic tiles of the bathroom in unit A. This lead-containing material has been properly abated in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations by PW Stephens Environmental. Refer to the attached lead survey results for detailed information. All repair work must comply with lead-safe work practices to ensure occupant safety and regulatory compliance.
