A large tree situated very close to the building has caused damage to the water line and possibly to the adjacent condo unit. An arborist has identified a dangerous split high in the trunk and concluded that the tree has outgrown its space, posing a safety risk. This project requires approval for tree removal and vegetation restoration to mitigate structural damage and ensure occupant safety.
We have a large tree located less than 36 inches from our building. This tree has previously caused disruption to the water line servicing the building and is believed to have contributed to a crack in the condominium unit closest to it. Recently, an arborist inspection revealed a severe split in the trunk approximately 40 feet high, with heavy limbs posing a significant safety hazard. The arborist has determined that the tree has significantly outgrown its available space, increasing the risk of structural damage and potential failure. Due to these safety and structural concerns, approval is requested for the removal of the tree and subsequent vegetation restoration to prevent further damage and ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
