I bought Marvin windows for replacement of the old ones in my house. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff! Install of windows was great. The location is also helpful, on the west side close to the mall. Though the product is high-end, I did not feel intimidated by the environment of this business, and I believe it was a great use of my money.‎

I checked out a lot of different options before deciding to go with them. Really glad I did - comprehensive products, top quality, process went well. Thanks.

I am very unhappy with my Marvin brand windows. They are about 10-14 years old and have to be replaced because they are rotting. I know that Marvin has had some problems, hope they have fixed them, am not expecting that they will compensate us in any way - wish me luck.My house is over one hundred years old and the original windows still are better, except that they are single pane and not efficient.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with Window Design Center. I took a client of mine (I'm a cabinetmaker and I had designed this clients kitchen) in to look at window choices and had to deal with a very unhelpful and unfriendly salesperson. Although my client was purchasing several windows for a fairly large addition this salesperson treated us very poorly- he was reluctant to explain the differences between windows and acted clearly irritated by questions that were quite normal and relevant. The experience was actually so bizarre that after we walked out I asked my client if she had found the interaction odd and she was as baffled as I was. I know of other people in the industry having less then desirable experiences with this company as well. I will not being doing business with them anymore.
