This was not the lowest bid but when comparing the warranties and materials with the other bids, Ridge Top was by far the best value for the money. Crew finished a 26 square hip roof in about 5 hours, was like watching a ballet. Long story short - Larry came out when he said he would, crew showed up when he said they would, cost was what he said it would be, finished product looked fantastic. Ridgetop was prompt in providing us with a bid, working with the insurance claims adjuster, and completing the job to our satisfaction. Their representatives are very professional, and the work crew was efficient. They did the entire job in one day. The only thing yet to be completed is the replacement of some screens and repairing some gutters. They did a thorough job of cleaning up. In fact, we were so impressed with their work that my sister is using them to replace the roof on her house in Madison this fall. She also had them install a leaf-control system to all her gutters.
