Extremely happy with this company and service. Our central a/c went out Saturday. Called another local company they wanted $289 just for the trip charge on a Saturday. We decided to get out the old window unit and wait until Monday. Called Premier as they are in my neighborhood. They said they could have a tech out by 2 pm, but would call me if anything came up earlier. Got a call at 10:40 and they said a tech could be here in 20 min. 11:00 and the tech is here. Super nice and professional. Their trip charge is $83 and it was $190 flat rate to fix the compressor capacitor. Total of $273. $16 less than the other company wanted just to show up. A/C repair is expensive. My husband is a plumber, used to do service work I totally understand how it goes. I felt they charged a fair rate, it was fixed fast and professionally and I couldn't have asked for more.

I've used Premier in the past and been satisfied with their work. Today I got a bill for $383 to replace a programable thermostat. I got the part number and found it on the internet for $79. Premier represented it was a high end thermostat. In other words, I paid $304 dollars for a service call & labor. When I complained, they said I could pay them to go out again and remove it. BEWARE
