I spoke with one gentleman after hours who said another guy would call me the next day and schedule. I never heard from them. I called when I got home from work the next day, and the same response again. I said I needed to know as early as possible the next morning if someone could come out. The man said someone would call me first thing that morning. Again, no response up to 10:00 am that morning. I called and got the guy that was supposed to call me back. Come to find out, he is the boss of the original guy I spoke. with. This boss tells me that they don't work on my problem and he hadn't spoken to the first guy all week. Is this the way to run a business? I wasted two days with these people! I called another electrician and they are coming out the same day! I think they could have told me they didn't work on dishwasher electrical problems. And how can that be if they are residential electricians? All in all...a very bad experience and I'd never recommend this company.
