My sister is in her last days in Hospice care in Plano. I'm her brother in Houston and I made a call to roto Rotter to see if they could go to her home and unclog her sinks so that that the hospice nurses could get water. Both the tech Eric and his supervisor Alex went over and above to help my sister in her time of need. They were both very gracious, courteous and most of all compassionate beyond belief! What they did they didn't have to do. Nor do I think any other company would have done the same. God Bless you all! I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
