Reeves Family Plumbing

Three other plumbing companies had been out and tried to find my leak that was in the wall and was unsuccessful. When these guys came out they had it located in about 15 minutes! Very knowledgable and better pricing than the other three companies. We'll definately call them first next time.

Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. I called the owner an a***ole and he proceeded to pick up the part and walked to the back and said I couldn't have it. I would never in a million years recommend Nob Hill to anyone. DO NOT go to this store.

The plumbers called promptly before arrival, arrived on time, and fixed my issue quickly. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. The price that I was quoted over the phone was correct upon completion and very reasonable according to the worked performed. I have used a number of plumbers in the past few years and have never enjoyed the service provided. Reeves Family Plumbing is the first service that I expect to call again if I need work done.

They not only showed up on time. They told me I would not have the problem by the time they left. They were correct. And it did not take them long at all. Friendly, quick, and fix the problem.

A first class job, from start to finish. A knowledgeable person answered their phone and gave helpful answers and an estimate. Their team showed up promptly, found my leak and fixed it. I found them to be professional, courteous and skilled. They charged me fairly for the work that was required. I am very happy with the experience and I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

We just moved into our house and could not figure out what was wrong with the commode. We have never really needed a plumber before (my husband usually takes over) and were really sceptical. We called and they sent someone out and he was fantastic! Our problem was quickly solved and it didn't cost us an arm and leg! Hopefully we won't need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call them.

We can't say enough good things about the service we received. Had a problem with out water heater and was absolutely thrilled when we found out it didn't need to be replaced. (It only needed a part) They have us as customers from now on.
