Lon Smith Roofing did what they said they would do and my roof looks good. Quality was not 5 star only because I had to clean tar from old shingles off brick and some recently painted trim plus my satellite dish was ripped of the roof with a pitch fork instead of unscrewed the proper way. Other than this I believe the company to be honest which is why this is the 2nd time I have used them.
Overall we were very impressed with the process from the beginning to the end. The only complaint would be that they left too many nails when they were done.
Excellent workmanship, great communication! Really appreciated how well they worked with our insurance to make sure everything was taken care of!
I highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing! They have done a wonderful job of roofing on my house. I got my roof upgraded to a class 4 and it looks fantastic. Mr. Kelly Williams, the estimator, was so helpful and patient with us. The crew was wonderful. They were professional, efficient & cleaned up everything. Thank you.
