Spent more time fixing on the new roof than putting it down. Doesn't lay down right, has humps they blame the deckingFix leak over hvac vent pipe, poor water in the heater and knock out igniter. They don't want to fix it beause its notroof related. Better off dealing with the guy working out of his truck!

Thank goodness, an honest and ethical roofing contractor. They roofed our house in December and we are thrilled with our new roof. For anyone looking for a roofing contractor that has been around "for ever" it seems these guys are the ones to go to.

The Halls performed a roofing project for us late this fall and it went very well. The entire deal was a little complex because we had some trouble with our insurance company and the roof was very large. My husband & and I also have very nice landscaping that we were concerned about.After we went to their office, which doubles as a showroom and got the situation solved, the crews performed flawlessly and supervision was good.The clean up was excellent and one little minor problem was fixed immediately.We would highly recommend this family roofing company for any roofing work in the future. Joe Hall Roofing performed as agreed. The crew was very good and did a very good job with the installation and clean-up. The company representative's recommendations were good and helpful. The cost was in line with two other roofing companies and there was no problem with the insurance company accepting the cost.

Find another Company to do your roof.Makes promises they don't keep - tells you one thing then does something else.In my opinion, they are very unethical and they do not stand by their word or work.4/5/2012: I was an actual customer of JHR and my review is accurate to the "T." Before I would let them do my roof I would do it myself or hire workers off the street. Do yourself a favor and lot of trouble and see another roofing company.

Previous owner replaced roof in '05. Original receipt mentioned lifetime inspection-called them expecting inspection with an estimate for a couple of torn and missing shingles. Joe Hall Roofing sent 2 technicians out to fix a couple of spots at NO CHARGE!! Didn't take long and they came out when they said they would. Exceeded expectations. Will use them in the future and recommend them to friends.

I loved using a business located in my neighborhood. Even when I did not just drop by in person, they were easy to get in contact with by phone or email.
