They are always very polite and so incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer all my phone calls whenever I have an issue with my HVAC. They are also always very quick to respond to service calls. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company. You will not regret calling them. They are the best out there
These guys were really good. Got back to us from filling out the online form to book the appointment very quickly. They were a half hour late but they also phoned us a half hour before to let us know they were running behind. I really appreciate that they did that. When they got here they were efficient and really clean. Super nice guys. Definitely going to call them again. Great company.
Terrible customer service. Website claims "We do what we promise, and we put your needs first. When you have an emergency, we can get to you fast since one of our staff member is probably already in your neighborhood." Promised me 6x in a month to come to my apartment to repair my AC unit and showed up 2x. Promised to return the next day with the appropriate services and didn't. Took time off from work to wait for their arrival at my apartment, and they never showed up (multiple times). Manager refused to answer my phone calls or to address my complaints and proceeded to block my phone number. Terrible customer service, terrible services in general.
We had a new HVAC system installed. Jay and kevin were very professional and courteous. No complaints. Great customer service all the way around from this company.

Great service from the sales person, Carlos Felix is what made me decide to go with Hi tech central air inc in the first place. He was friendly, professional, organized, and knowledgeable. Also the installers were very helpful and willing to take the time to answer my questions. My house looked cleaner after they left than when they first came in. Great service overall!
We had our central heat and air system replaced by Hi tech central air Heating and Air last week. They were professional, prompt and informative. We have used Hitech in the past for plumbing issues and now can say they are just as good to work with in their Heating and Air division.We were most impressed with their quick response to our call. That was and always has been the most important thing. No waiting 2 days or 4 hours to get to you. We will continue to use Hitech because of their outstanding service and prompt response to problems.
