This business is horrible I ordered an expensive outdoor patio set from them a while back. I came in there having known exactly what I wanted looking on their website first but when I was talking with their sales representative he just kept trying to push the most expensive set on me. After a few embarrassing moments of refusing his offer I finally got my set ordered and was told it was gunna take 4-6 weeks. After 2 and a half months went by I called them back and was appalled when they told me I had never ordered any set. I had to come back into the depew location and show them my receipt before they would redo my order. After waiting another 4 weeks I finally got my patio set but the kicker is after just a month of having it one of my chair legs broke off. I guess I should have just bought the more expensive set.
