I contacted Pure Plumbing to go over plumbing issues in my home. After talking with Andy, I let him know that I was a preventative maintenance sort of guy and hate surprises that cost me money. Andy went through my home and made suggestions on how to save water and stop toilet leaks. He explained everything in a professional manner, including price. Upon completion I am a happy guy and would recommend this company to even my closest friends.

I cannot recommend Tony and his crew with Pure Plumbing enough! Our small issue turned out to be a much-needed replacement of all the interior 55-year-old corroded cast iron pipes. We were out of the house for 6 days and the communication was above and beyond. I was updated every step of the work and never had to wonder what was going on at the house, that was priceless to me. Every bit of the work was explained completely, even the unexpected obstacles that my house likes to throw out during any project. The work was priced and they stood by their estimate, even working late many nights to get us back in the house as soon as possible. The work itself is amazing. Tony and his crew are so professional, clean up leaves the area looking better than they found it (ty!). I have my plumbing company for all my future work in Pure Plumbing & Tony. Call pure to fix a bad job from another plumber , who was recommend by lowes. I needed a plumber to complete several repairs that had accumulated around the house in recent weeks. Based on Yelp reviews, I chose Pure Plumbing, and am delighted to report the Yelp reviews were right. Service here is top notch. The scheduling process was easy, professional and accommodating of my schedule. The plumbers (Joe H and another) arrived exactly when they said they would and were polite, professional and competent. The office sent me a text message about ½ hour before the plumbers arrived and called a few days after to check in on the service. Then, they sent me a thank you note with a Starbucks gift card. Nice touch! This is a company that’s focused on quality of work and service – their customer is important and they’re appreciative of my business.

Scott came by right on time. Gave me an estimate and went right away and did the job in a fast courteous manner, I can't say enough about them being prompt and doing the job in a timely manner beyond my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future.

Mike Day and Pure Plumbing surpassed ALL my expectations for fast and lowest cost replacement of my 14 year old gas water heater. I purchased the new water heater from Home Depot along with all the connecting lines. Mike arrived earlier than expected, had entire job done in less than 90 minutes and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. Bottom Line: I got quotes from 4 other plumbers before calling Pure Plumbing and these guys beat them all in every respect including providing the connecting lines for less than Home Depot prices.
