I have worked with Advanced Appliance Service several times and they have always been great to work with. Every time I have used them they have always been fairly quick to send someone out. I recently used them when my heat pump went out and I was very impressed with how quick they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services
I would not recommend this company. Had to call them after 2 weeks to find out what was going on with parts and they had not been able to get in touch with their Tech. When finially came out again they had the wrong part. Another week to wait, when asked to have it shipped overnight (their vendor's error) they said NO. When I called to speak to management was told in a meeting then passed on to dispatch and told they were gone for the day. Explained if vendor error they should ship the correct part overnight and if it was their error then they should have it shipped overnight. Once again told NO. A simple part and repair will have taken about 4 weeks by the time they get out again. With tempertures in the 90's coming that is not acceptable. Management would not even talk to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not even a 1 star.
