Proposed a $400 repair when it was just a tripped breaker. The HVAC unit is still working properly one month later. AND he charged $197.50 fee to give a bad diagnosis. I later spoke with three other companies who were willing to come out with out a fee because they wanted to be able to provide an estimate for the work and get the job. The first folks out found a tripped breaker (not cut off) and the unit has been working great ever since.
