Customer reviews of Backyard Leisure

Me and my husband went to a few different stores a few weekends ago looking to have an inground pool installed at our house. We knew roughly what size we wanted but didn't know the different materials used to build them. Backyard leisure was the only store that we went to that installed concrete, vinyl-liner, and fiberglass pools. Chris Scott was great! He told us the pros and cons or each kind and ultimately let us decide. We even saved three thousand dollars because of their current sale!! Really pleased with how everything is going. We are now debating to get a hot tub to put next to our pool.
I found this company after searching online, and decided to see what they had to offer. When we went into the store we were greeted and without the pushiness I found at other local retailers, I was given the information I needed and then some. My sales guy was very helpful and the manager was sweet and she made me and my wife feel appreciated and welcome. They did however have an overwhelming number of brands and spas, and helped us choose the right one to fit our needs with features we wanted and within our budget. I have to say we use our Bullfrog every evening and I am so happy we found Backyard Leisure. We will be customers for life. Not very often do you go back in to a store and they remember you by name, not just the sales person but the whole staff. Thanks guys and also a big thanks to your installers that got my hot tub in a pretty tight space with no problem!!
I have been doing a lot of research prior to making a final decision with buying a hot tub and pool combo because it is a lot of money. I have visited every retailer in town with my finance. But I have to say my heart hurts for this company that some folks are bashing. I am impressed with their knowledge and service and A+ with BBB at that. I even spoke with existing customers of theirs that were in the store when I was there and they spoke very highly of backyard leisure. I want to say I am buying from them because they care. The review about another local company, well I wont mention the name, but they filed bankruptcy. Thats public knowledge. My heart hurts for the person claiming to have bought from backyard leisure and that this other company fixed their mess. Sounds like a scam or a personal attack. It makes sites like this seem unreliable, and I wonder why people like that have nothing better do do with their time. Complete shame.
