It had been 14 weeks since we ordered our windows and it had not been installed yet. The sales rep came to our house and did 2 hours presentation, we signed a contract got 50% of the money upfront and forgot about us. We had been calling trying to get our windows and so far we only get excuses. I will never use this company again and I will not recommend them.
