Carolina Pool King built our pool in 2012 a year later the pool started to develop major issues! When they were notified they tried to place blame on the landscaping and grading. Further stating they did not do the landscape or grading therefore they are not held accountable as it is not a pool issue. Ten tried to place blame on the fact we opted to install artificial turf and not regular sod. Keep in mind a professional landscape company was hired who specializes in artificial sod it was not just any regular landscape company. Furthermore, the pool company told the landscape company with me present it would be better that the landscape company do the grading for the artificial sod rather than the pool company. When the pool company left there was very little grading done. The pool company was hired to install a vinyl fence with two self launching gates.
