I still have a broken window... I still have missing screens... I still have the wrong windows with double latches... missing crank covers... beat up front door and side light windows that are waiting to be replaced. I've had windows replaced that damaged my stucco and delayed completion and sheet rock dust from the repair that coats everything in a layer of grime. It has been at least 11 months since these windows were installed. There have been dozens of e-mails of which multiple times Billy Holden from 84 Lumber has said "the windows are in" or "they are arriving this week." The original windows were ordered over a year ago. The end product is beat up and damaged (scratches, dents, dirt, etc.). It's a terrible product with terrible service. The windows in my brand new construction home look like they were taken out of a 20 year old home. There are pencil marks all around the windows from install. What ever you do, do NOT use this business. Everything is left to be desired!
