on monday i called this business for someone to look at my furnace, because it stopped working. the person i spoke to refered me to another person who goes by the name of D----s. i called him and set up an appt for Wed at 11.am. i set everything up so that there would be someone there because i had to work. Wed came D----s was a no show. i called d----s back but got his voice mail. i left a message for him to call me back. Two hours after the schd appt i received a phone call back from him saying did i call him for furnace repair. i advised him don't bother i called some one else. The person named D----s is very unprofessional! i will not recommend this business to anyone.
The gentleman came out to address an intermittent problem with our furnace. Unfortunately the furnace was operational by the time he arrived, he removed a 4 day old filter, declared it to be dirty and left. But not before declaring that "Honeywell regulators don't have a flame sensor."Wasn't here for five minutes. Stood mute after I asked what I should do when the issue presents itself again.I would not recommend this business as he refused to believe there was a problem at all. Very unwilling to help in any way. I will not be paying.
As a real estate investor in Hamtramck for over 25 years. I need a reliable heating and cooling company. A&E is that company. They do quality work at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend A&E Heating & Cooling.
