Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to file a claim on carpet warranty for over a year and they keep losing my file and documents. They will never call back. After numerous phone calls and apologies and stalling now tell me they can do nothing unless I find a receipt that is three years old but they can't find my file from week to week when I call to ask about claim or the pictures they had someone from their business come take of my carpet or any of my original paperwork from purchase. What a joke!!
