Called Dad's for an Emergency HVAC system. Owner asked for a text verifying what I wanted and that I agreed to pay specified price.I laid out a detailed text and price for a 16 seer system. They showed up with a 14 seer system on a Saturday. Was told they would knock off $250 due to mistake. Job took longer as the helper "got sick" on day two.Owner refused to honor the verbal $250 discount.I will upload the a photo of he text if requested.
