Chapman Heating and Cooling

This company installed a furnace in my home in 2014 through Lowe's. Did an ok job. When my Air Conditioner seemed to not be cooling effectively this week I called Chapman to send a service man out to check it out. When he came out he came inside and did nothing, went to the outside and put some freon in the unit (one pound he said) and cleaned the condenser, complained because he had to go to the back of the building to do, I helped him with his water Hose and he used my water to hose down the condenser. Said he spent and hour and half, but was in his van for half and hour. Gave me a bill of 336.00 dollars, after much complaining and calling the company the bill was reduced to 286.00 dollars and worse yet he didn't pull a gun on me when he robbed me. I will not recommend this company, will never call them again and would give them less than one if possible.

This company installed a furnace me in 2014, did a good job. So when my AC seemed to not be cooling effectively I called to have some come out check it out. Service man came out put one pound of freon in the system, (maybe, can't tell no difference in the cooling) cleaned the condenser unit by waterhose, (he had a new hose) and complained he had to walk around the building to do that. Charged the new and improved rate, bill was 336. and change. The bill was adjusted after I complained to 286. and change. Would have felt better is he had pulled a gun on me while he was robbing me. Will not recommend this company, will not call them again. Would give less that one star is possible.
