They asked the right questions and helped me find what I needed for my problem. When I mentioned that someone told me I probably need "xyz", he was quick to point out why that wouldn't be helpful, etc....didn't try to sell me something I didn't need even though I thought I needed it! I was very impressed by their knowledge and professional courtesy.
The contractors that they use are thieves! They stole $800 of my belongings from my garage. When I contaced All America Pool Co. about it, first they told me "You had better watch out who you accuse of stealing" (A THREAT???) and then asked me "Exactly what do you want me to do about it???" I want my stuff back! Stay away from this business!!!!! They are not an honest company!!! They didn't care that people representing their company stole from their customers!!
I just don't see how they stay in business, they act like you are bothering them when they go in, the answers they give you are short and they don't care if you shop there. I went in to get a pool liner replaced which would run about $400 dollars. Instead of just explaining to me that they didn't install liners that were not purchased from them, they made me fell stupid for even being in there. I will never go back to this place, Leslie's Pool Supply may be busy all the time, but I would rather wait 30 minutes to get good customer service. They will never get my business again.
All America installed my pool 17 years ago and has put in two liners since, the last one being this year. All it ever takes is a phone call and they are right there when they say they will be. I have always found Pat, Libby, and the store staff to be courteous, helpful, and reasonable in everything they do. If I have a problem with pool chemistry, any equipment problems, etc., they tell me exactly what to do and when to do it, and it works every time.
All America Pool Co. has been extremely helpful in assisting me in getting my very neglected pool back in order. I have always received personal, friendly, knowledgable service on every visit. I have purchased a new skimmer, filter, pump, liner, and cover along with my chemicals there. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Michael and staff. -Brian
I would highly recommend this company! They are very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They built my in ground pool a year ago and it's simply beautiful!
