I recognized that I had a sump pump issue at 10:00 pm. I called to schedule for the next morning. Owner/service provider Scott Metts was so gracious about the late call, and was able to schedule for this morning. He arrived on time, and provided us with what appeared to be a completely reasonable estimate.Upon service completion, the estimated cost remained the same. Mr. Metts explained all the issues and the steps needed to correct the problem.He also took time afterwards to answer questions that we had about potential jobs that we might need. He was so very courteous during the visit. I will not hesitate to call Wildcat Plumbing with any of our service needs.
