AIC is by far the best roofing company in KY. They really showed their expertise and great customer service when they did my home.
Had my roof and gutters replaced. Estimate was a little higher than some, but i felt comfortable with the salesman. During the process it was brought to my attention a few areas of concern and i was expecting a large addition to what i was already paying. Instead, i was told that they were easy fixes and there would be no additonal cost to me. Needless to say i was pleasantly surprised and would recommend giving these guys a call.
I was told they no longer service the Louisville area when I called for a service call about leaks.
Didn't get the roof I was promised, Unprofessional workers who left a mess of roofing material and broken glass in my yard. Never got a call back to see if the roof was acceptable. Flashing on roof looks messy and I will have to find another company to repair it, I hope the roof does not leak.
I had a total replacement done by AIC about a year ago. The entire process was exactly as described. Once they tore off the existing roof they saw a small area of damaged decking that was replaced at no additional charge. My roof still looks great and I have had zero problems.
AIC replaced our roof due to hail damage. They came out immediately, provided a reasonable quote and completed the job in a timely matter. The roofers were respectful, trustworthy and worked very diligently. I highly recommend this company!
