Running Great Auto

I have been taking my 1985 Toyota MR2 with 213,000 miles on it for over 2 years now to Running Great Auto. I have never been disappointed with the work that Glenn and his team of a really great bunch of guys has done on my car. Running Great has put in a new A/C unit, a clutch, (which was the original with 196,000 miles on it) a fuel pump and a set of tires to name a few things. One thing that you can depend on is that Glenn will always give you a fair and competitive price and work that is second to none.Glenn is an honest guy, who knows the automotive repair business and his crew are the greatest bunch of guys I've ever met. I have been going to Running Great for over 10 years and was happy until last year or so. Wow the place has went down hill to the point that I will never go back again. It started when they changed the oil in my wifes car but didn't and we caught them on it. Next we had the brakes changed and they charged us for full service but didn't do anything with the front roters but we were charged for it. Then we took it for a/c recharge and they did, a/c was working fine when we brought it in just not as cold but 2 days after recharge it quit completely. Took it back to them and they said oh it has a leak in the line that was noted last time we charged it. !!! I always do what they recomend and if they said there is a leak I would have fixed it. But they charged it and said nothing and let it run out and when I brought it back they tried to say it was noted on my bill, don't you read your reciept is all the could say... I pay you to fix my car not hunt through your so called note on the bill
