I bought a range at this store and a few days later a guy call me and told me "your dryer is here" my dryer? but I bought a glass top range? The guy was also surprise, oh a mistake, sorry. he said they will deliver it tomorrow. I waited the whole day, they never delivered my range. Everytime I call them to check when they are going to deliver my item they don't anwer the phone. Then finally somebody picked up and the person asked me if I paid for the delivery.. No it was a free deal, I said. Very poor communication and organization, what is wrong with this store?
