Of course, the AC didn't go out until after 5 on a Friday. The service tech, Wendall was at our home around 10:30 am on Saturday. He got us all cooled down!! He was very helpful in making recommendations and completely checking the unit out. We will definately use "Gator" in the future, if need be. The service charge was more than fair. Gator rates as #1 on our list...we highly recommend them.Very professional and efficient!BettyA
I got to say they work really quick and they gave a great price, you can tell the technicians really know what they are doing. I would recommend them and use them again.
We discovered our AC went out after midnight, on a Saturday evening. We contacted Gator Mechanical Sunday morning and the service tech had us go through some troubleshooting tips before he came out. It worked! He saved us a bunch of money! We will definitely be using them in the future!
