Eric completed our maintenance call today. He was on time, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He pointed out several items that were in need of attention and took care of them. MillianAire installed this unit and has maintained it all along. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an installation or service.
Once we realized that we needed an HVAC, Millian-Aire Enterprise Corp was our first choice. They have always been very trustworthy, and made sure that the project is completed in time.
This is the worst AC company ever! Purchased a brand new outside unit and air handler and within weeks started having problems. They told us that the parts were bad but is wasn't their problem and suggested that we buy the $995 warranty to go with the $7200 unit that we purchased. The air handler has mold in it from the leaking and now the air compressor is bad. They charged over $700 to fix it although it is under warranty.
