The service was outstanding and affordable. I definitely recommend this company!!

After dealing with our builder and the A/C company the builder hired to install the A/C and heat pump for almost 3 years, we FINALLY found a company that (1) has actually seen a heat pump and A/C combo unit; (2) actually knows how these units work; (3) are very competent in their work; and (4) actually know what is and what is not covered under the warranty of the manufactures! We could kick ourselves for not calling Mills Air sooner!!!

I felt the need to write this review for many reasons..this company is by far the worst HVAC company to do business with. They don't care about there customers, technicians address their dispatcher as "honey" or "baby", continue to have air balance issues because the new construction team doesnt take the time to figure out the load calulation the proper way, maintenance contract customers are never called in a timely manner (they have no way to keep track of it)and now they have a Service Manager Jim Walch that refuses to talk to helpless homeowners that are frustrated with ongoing issues and know absolutely nothing!!! PS... Trane of Orlando will not sell to Mills Air due to poor business and they have to prepay for every purchase before ordering.

Mills Air might be a good company if only someone who works there knew anything about air conditioning systems. Mills entire staff is a replacement staff who knows nothing about what they are doing, I would never use them again,
